Over the past two decades, I have been competitive in the equine sports of reining and cutting, as well as trail riding throughout the state of Idaho.
For many years, I have had the opportunity to learn first hand about my aunts work with custom home building. As a result, I have formally toured an extensive range of luxury and unique properties throughout the varied stages of the building process, and have gain meticulous knowledge and appreciation in the details of fine home construction, design, and materials.
I am a fourth generation Realtor. I have grown up being a part of my great-grandparents and grandparents real estate brokerage business, and then my parents real estate and mortgage company. You could say real estate is in my genes. I have always aspired to
enter the field. My senior year, while concluding my BA in Interpersonal Communication and Certification in Conflict Management, I obtained my real estate license. At this time, I began researching and visiting many local brokerages and associated agents. I chose to hang my license with Coldwell Banker Tomlinson - Boise. I also decided to partner with Broker Brad Minasian. Brad is considered a local expert in the field of residential real estate, he is also considered the go-to-guy for all types of land development, subdivision structure and sales.
