My journey into real estate started as a young father and husband. We were presented with an amazing opportunity to purchase the house we were renting. After years of improvements making it our own, we found out that we had built a considerable amount of equity which gave us the down payment needed to purchase the home that really suited our needs as a family. I soon stepped into the investment side of real estate by using the credit and capital I had achieved to obtain a side by side duplex. Brian is very dedicated in the job that he does. He listened to our wants and needs in a bigger house and was very honest and trustworthy as we guided thru the process of selling our townhouse and buying a bigger home. If we needed him to empty a trash can for a showing, he was there for us as both my husband and I work full time jobs. We are incredibly thankful!!
