Violet is my spirit animal! She is the perfect realtor for a very picky and demanding buyer-me :) She was beyond patient with me, even after I had decided to pull out on a house and she took the time to talk things through with me. We eventually bought the house on her recommendations and BOY are we HAPPY we did! She even negotiated an amazing deal for us! Violet recently listed and sold my home on the water. She and her husband did an outstanding job of developing the pricing, learning the property so they could best present it, helping stage it, and showing it. We sold the house in 4 days for a very competitive price. Violet came to every showing of the home to show the other realtors to house features and answer questions. She communicated effectively with me from the beginning to the closing and kept me informed all the way. I cannot say enough nice things about her. I have bought and sold 7 houses over the years and by far she is the best realtor - by far - that I have worked with. I strongly recommend her if you are trying to buy or sell a home.

Wonderful!!!!!! Very professional. They came to our home, ready with a plan and respectful of our needs, which greatly helped ease our minds. They walked through our house and gave us great feedback on how to prep for showings. Our house was sold in 2 days! Negotiated well with the buyers and kept in constant contact with us in every step. Even after closing, when I mistakenly sent a package to the old address, she went above and beyond and offered to forward it to the new address. Cannot thank her enough. Recommend 100%.

Violet and Stephane are awesome! They are hands on realtors and have a "genuine interest" for your concerns and desires. They take the time to go through the paperwork line by line if necessary, ensuring you are crystal clear about all the various negotiations and contracts. Though we had our doubts about putting our house on the market during the holidays, we went under contract on New Year's day! We definitely recommend them!

We did not have our own agent during our home purchasing process. Violet is the listing agent therefore is representing both us and the seller during this process. We met Violet at an open house and found her to be very professional and helpful (we are from out of state). Violet's level of service exceeds every realtor I've ever met. I had a tough house to sell, the previous realtor spent 4 months trying to sell it with very little action. I signed on with Violet and she was able to get an offer within a few days of listing. I was blown away. Violet is incredibly easy to work with and clearly knows what she's doing.
