Linda Sanderson

Linda sold our home in 3 days! She was always available when we had questions and concerns. She was able to hook us up with a reliable local handyman for some minor fix-it items. Even though she mostly works in Benicia, she priced our place just right for the Vacaville market. Linda goes the extra mile--she took me out to lunch after a morning of getting our stuff into the moving van before the new owner of our home moved in.

I met Linda at an open house and we instantly hit it off and established a professional relationship during my search for a new home in the North Bay area of Benicia / Vallejo. I was relocating with work, and later retired, and Linda worked with my wife and I on both the purchase and sale of a home in Vallejo. Linda is extremely well-versed in real estate in California overall, and is knowledgable of the areas in and surrounding the Northeast San Francisco Bay. She was always willing to help cart me around (and we did a lot) looking for prospective homes in both Benicia and Vallejo which were the two choices for settling in to be close to work. I cannot say enough about her strengths as listed here in this review. I think the best way I can sum up our relationship with Linda is two-fold: first - both my wife and I have established personal friendships with Linda and her family and second - there was never any question that Linda would represent us in selling our home prior to the retirement move. As before, she was extremely helpful and professional in all regards, helped us in preparing our home for sale, and dedicated herself to getting the highest sale possible. We did well with the sale and she took care of all the details, working with the buyer's real estate representative. It was quick, painless and seamless despite some challenges with the buyer's situation. We would trust Linda with any real estate action on our behalf, and still remain personal friends to this day!
