Tuolumne County has been my home for the majority of my life. I not only know the area, I honestly love the community and all the wonders that the Sierra Nevada Foothills offers, from Yosemite National Park to Twain Harte and Pinecrest. I have been actively involved in my hometown for years, starting with Tuolumne County Search and Rescue Team early on, and then volunteering as a Girl Scout leader and doing camp canoe training, helping to start a non-profit organization for Sonora High Water Polo Team, and currently fundraising for the Sonora Regional Medical Center's new cancer center. I am also an active member of Omega Nu, an organization that raises money to help women and children in need in my area.
My goal as a Realtor is to give my clients a professional, positive and personalized experience with both buying and selling real estate. Great communication is the key to a successful relationship, and I want my clients to know that I am listening and acting in accordance to their desires, but at the same time, sharing my professional opinion along with real data. Some may view the process of selling and buying real estate as transactional, but I consider it a long-term relationship with folks that I care about.
Belonging to 3 different MLS associations, I work to give my clients the edge when selling and buying. I have a full time assistant and a professional photographer, thus allowing me time to have more direct contact with clients. I take my fiduciary duty seriously, and I always strive to do excellent work with integrity and honesty. Staying in touch with my clients is important to me, and I have gained many new friends that way.
I have raised my 4 children and hosted two foreign exchange students (Chile and Hungry) in beautiful Tuolumne County. My husband and I enjoy participating and being engaged with our community and think this is an ideal place to live. We love the great outdoors and all the sports that come with it. Daily reading (educational and a variety of other types) and exercise are part of my life. I love to travel and learn about other cultures. I appreciate art and the beauty of nature.
