This is our second home that we have bought with Sheila. Both houses have been a very enjoyable experience. Sheila is prompt, professional and very knowledgeable about the surrounding area. She looked out for our best interest through out the entire buying experience. She even stopped by a few days after the purchase to check on us. We will defiantly use Sheila for our next purchase.

Met Sheila while searching for a building lot in Kill Devil Hills. Drove down from Charlottesville to look at several lots she had listed. First impressions with Sheila, professional, spent time listening to my wants, and also very knowledgeable with surrounding communities. Buying a property from a distance can be very time consuming, but Sheila showed me how someone goes the extra yard. She set up surveyor, hand carried papers to Health Dept. for septic approval. She also marked the lot with my name as required for septic inspection. Sheila also set up closing with local Atty. all I had to do was show up and sign the papers. Very painless Real Estate transaction. Would certainty recommend Sheila to anyone looking to buy, sell, or build in the Outer Banks region.

Sheila was referred to us by one of our close friends, who also purchased a home in the OBX. Sheila is a 'local' and she is on top of the local real estate market. We were looking for an investment property and she was diligent to provide all the rental income history and the total cost of ownership for every house we viewed. Sheila listened carefully to the features we wanted and we developed a good relationship quickly. She responded to all emails and texts within a few minutes. Looking for a home can be overwhelming,but Sheila was never pushy. She was patient, yet she was always ready to move forward when we were ready. It was a great pleasure working with Shiela on the sale of my Moms house. She was very understanding of my Moms strong attachment to her home of twenty years and the difficulty in the decision to sell. In our first meeting to discuss the listing, Sheila was well prepared and gave us confidence that she was qualified for the task and was going to give her best effort to sell the house at a fair price. Sheila was very responsive to our many questions that arose during the course of the sale and provided sound advice in each case. Shiela was recommended by our friends who used her for two home transactions in the OBX. Having limited time to see homes, she listened to our requests and we toured eight homes in one day. Her knowledge of the area we wanted to eventually retire to helped us realize we were making the correct choice. Shiela's connection with local lenders, contractors, inspectors aided us tremendously during our due diligence period and she actually met many contractors since we were in another state working during the week. We had some unusual circumstances with the closing and title and she kept us informed throughout the process and answered the many questions that arose. We are "new" owners of a lovely home in KDH and can't wait for the warmer weather to arrive to start enjoying the beach life!

Sheila Williamson is an amazing real estate agent. We were looking for a second home and we lived in another state, so we weren't in the area a lot. Sheila made the most of our time that we were available to be in town and she showed us many houses that we asked to see as well as many houses that she thought that we would like after getting to know us. Through all of her hard work she was able to help us buy our dream house that we can't wait to move into permanently when we retire. Sheila is not only professional but she is also very kind and she really cares about her clients. She is extremely knowledgeable about the area and that really helped us. We were referred to Sheila about 8 years ago when we were interested in purchasing a vacation home in the Outer Banks. That deal did not work out and we decided to take a step back and regroup. Life got busy and we put things on hold, which in hindsight I wish we did not do. However, we recently decided it was again time to look and we called Sheila to help us out. We just closed on the house of our dreams. I can't think of anyone we would rather work with than Sheila. We are considering purchasing another rental property in the future and Sheila Williamson will be our agent.

Sheila was a pleasure to work with. She arranged a trip for us to come from out of town and view some homes. She spent a good portion of the day showing us homes that she had arranged for viewing on a Saturday. Sheila did an excellent job in both the sale of our home and the purchase of a new home. Detailed information was provided by Sheila in regards to comps, certificate of elevations, survey's, etc. that were needed in order to make educated decisions. Sheila's local knowledge is excellent not only in regards to neighborhoods but also with contractor's, surveyors, etc. that were needed in order to prep our house for sale. Her knowledge as to staging our home for sale was very good as well in regards to clearing out various items for presentation purposes and to make small minor repairs in order to have a "move in ready" house for a buyer. I would definitely use Sheila again in the future for home buying or home selling.

I contacted Sheila months before I relocated to the Outer Banks from Michigan. She was so wonderful to work with. She sent me info on all the available condos after we first talked and sent all the info on new listings. She was so professional and friendly during my search.
