I was initially nervous about house hunting out of state, but Kasey came to us on recommendation from a friend in the area and she made the whole process easy, enjoyable and fun. From taking us on in-person and virtual tours of homes, to securing professionals quickly to take care of issues that came up, to communicating all throughout a process that was full of Covid delays (not her fault!) - she kept the ball rolling in spite of every obstacle that came up - Kasey was on it and made our beach dreams come true. Communication and responsiveness was top notch. Would use again and highly recommend!

Kasey did an AMAZING job helping us find a beach home. We were out of town, thousands of miles away, when the house we wanted popped up. Kasey quickly helped us find a lender to pre-approve us, did a virtual walkthrough, and made some changes to our initial offer - with 11 offers on the table, ours was accepted without even being the highest offer. The rest of the process had some bumps that Kasey easily handled, including issues with our mortgage company. Kasey was incredibly responsive to all of our requests and clearly knows the area. We definitely recommend her and would use her again every time!

We interviewed 3 realtors and Kasey was by far the best. She was very knowledgeable about the area, presented us with good options. She helped us through a strange time (COVID) to sell a beach and kept us informed throughout the time. The pictures and video were amazing. We really appreciated Kasey's knowledge of the local area, especially since we were buying a vacation home in the outerbanks and we live in Colorado! Kasey guided us the whole way, there were many differences between our states in regards to insurance requirments, and legalities. She set us up for sucess! We couldn't have done it without her expertise and connections.

I had a condo to sell in Nags Head and used a realtor that was connected to the rental management company that handled the property. I spent 8 months wondering if I would ever sell this unit. I believe I had 1 showing and the communication was terrible. The realtor never even knew the power was not on so how many times did this realtor even visit the unit. Needless to say I opted out of the contract as soon as I could and was VERY disappointed. Now the good news. I contacted Kasey and the difference was night and day. Kasey had several showings and kept me up to date on everything. Kasey sold the unit and we closed last week. I trusted Kasey from day one and could not have ask for better service or results.
