Hello, I am Dustin Spain, proud husband and soon to be father come Spring 2022. I have the most up-to-date education in the Real Estate industry, and with that knowledge behind me as well as over 100 years of award-winning service from Coldwell Banker I should be the one to represent you with all your real estate needs.
I was born in Currituck County, NC. where I grew up working in my family business' Kevin's Store, Cindy's Kitchen, and Currituck Sports. I've lived in many places since then, from college in Orlando Florida to Kailua Hawaii where I filmed action sports races and nationally broadcast cable news. Living and working in different places gave me an opportunity to grow, learn and to see things in a way that gives me advantages in the industry.
Having two Grandfathers that served, and a brother who is in the military I have a much deeper understanding of what it means to move not just your home but your loved ones. My experiences afford an opportunity in helping people from different places and backgrounds when moving somewhere new. When I moved home, I wanted to start something of my own like my parents and grandparents. My family built businesses to last, and the way they did that was by creating relationships that lasted. Real estate offered me that opportunity, and with a close connection to the area and an up-to-date understanding of rules and regulations, I am eager to sell 100 houses! This is my 5-year goal, and I want to be a part of the next step in your goals.
