    Paul is the perfect agent. He took many hours to find me a house that fits me within my budget pointing out things in the different areas. From the first we met I knew that he was going to find my new home. Very honest and trustworthy looked out for me and my purchase. I feel that the biggest asset I got was having working for me. I highly recommend anyone looking to buy or sell a home in this area to give Paul a call you will be happy you did, he will right there to help with anything, look out for your best interest and will not allow you to purchase a house that you would not call home. As a retail manager for 50 years I know how important it is to have sales people like Paul it insures repeat business and recommendations. If you are looking to move to this area you will well to sit down with Paul and talk to him . The only bad thing is that he found me a perfect home and I will not be using him in the near future but I know I will when I do.

    Paul was able to manage my home purchase in a very short period of time and was instrumental in guiding me to nuances of local life that affected my upgrades while negotiating with seller to get me over $10,000 worth of free ... He was pleasant knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend him without hesitation to all my friends.

    I have been working with paul over the last 12 months, finding my dream home..Paul is a super nice person. He is very knowledgeable in his profession. He will work hard to find your home. Very trustworthy and a professional. This realtor is one of the best in the industry. He strides for excellence. If your buying or selling please give him a call. Nothing but satisfaction .

    If you are looking for that perfect place in North Myrtle Beach, Paul Nunn is absolutely the very best! I can say this from experience. For almost a year, Paul patiently worked with my husband and me to find the Beach House that fit all our needs. Not only is Paul patient, he is persistent in searching the available real estate and providing continuous updates for our review. Paul is knowledgeable of the Myrtle Beach area and is honest in informing you of the pros and cons of a particular location. His thorough research of the building provides a realistic understanding of the property you are considering. There was never a time when we called that he did not immediately respond to any question or concern. He not only walked us through the search process but helped us make connections with the appropriate people in the area to complete the purchasing process. We have found Paul to be personable and trustworthy. When we looked at our very first property in North Myrtle Beach, Paul met us because the person we scheduled our appointment with was unable to come. We feel fortunate that Paul stepped in and became our 'œgo to' person. We would never consider using anyone else for future needs. Thank you Paul. We absolutely love our Cabana at the Beach.

    Mr. Paul Nunn did an outstanding job helping us find our house at the beach. Paul is very knowledgeable of the housing market in the Myrtle Beach area. When talking with him, he was able to help us zero in on the style of house we were interested in seeing and their various locations on the Grand Strand. He was always professional, with attention to detail when viewing properties, which helped us learn what to look for in beach property. He was always available and responsive to answer our questions. If he could not answer our questions dealing with insurance or taxes, etc., he would connect us with someone who could answer our questions for us. We came to trust Paul's opinion because of the professional relationship we had developed working with him in our journey to purchase a house at the beach. We highly recommend Mr. Paul Nunn without reservation as someone who will give one hundred and ten percent in helping his clients find their house at the beach. If we are in the market again, we will definitely being contacting Mr. Paul Nunn!

    Paul is the very best Realtor I have ever used. He is extremely responsive to emails and texts; he takes the time to keep you informed during every step of the process. Paul also goes above and beyond the necessities of his job and his knowledge of the overall process is vast. He was a pleasure to work with and I will do so again when he lists my Townhouse. You can't go wrong with this guy. He's top notch in every way!

    I cannot praise Paul Nunn enough! We were looking to purchase a summer home in Myrtle Beach, and unfortunately didn't know the area very well. Paul's knowledge and hard work made finding and purchasing the right place a breeze! We were very new to the process, and Paul was always easy to get a hold of, and always had answers for our numerous questions. He worked tirelessly getting us into the right home, at the right price. If I could give 10 stars, I would. I would absolutely recommend Paul Nunn to anyone looking to buy or sell property in the Myrtle Beach area!

    I live in New Hampshire and contacted a Coldwell Banker real estate agent I had business dealing with purchasing a condo about 3 years ago to see if she could help me find an agent for another vacation home 900 miles away in the Myrtle Beach area of South Carolina. Within one day of my initial e-mail to her, I received one from a Coldwell Banker agent named Paul Nunn. We spoke on the phone that same day and conversed about what exactly I was interested in, the general area, my price range and details of when I would be in the area to look at properties.He asked me to download his business app and I was receiving listings that were very much spot on as to what we discussed. For the next couple of weeks prior to my arrival down there to see my son, his wife and newly born grandbaby, I was selecting units that I may be interested in to view from his selections.I didn't want to spend my few selected days on vacation riding around looking at properties, so we scheduled the afternoon of my arrival and the next morning as well to do so. I was confident that the pre-communication would be a plus in viewing exactly what I was interested in.That first afternoon we looked at no less than eight condos on my list. He had the whole afternoon mapped out as to where we were going. I was taking notes and he had listing sheets of all the units we looked at. Never looking or owning property in the south, he gave me insight as to certain things I should look for that pertain to issues in that area. What amazed me most about Paul was that he would see something that may have been past issues or future problems and steer me away from that property.I knew right then the type of professional Coldwell Banker had working for them. He was not there to 'œsell' me a condo but was very instrumental for me to purchase a condo I would enjoy going to for years to come. The day ended, and I was exhausted from the travel down and wanted to review my notes and any recommendations he passed along to me. At ten o'clock that night, I sent him a text message throwing him a curve ball. I told him I wanted to now see homes now!! We were meeting again in the morning at ten am, in twelve hours. The morning came quickly, he sent me some properties through the web site to view while having breakfast and I received the place to meet at the first home we were going to. We looked at about six homes over the next few hours and again he would point out thing that may become a concern in the future or may have been issues in the past. I never felt pressured to decide on anything nor did I feel that the sudden change in property types were an issue with him.I felt that out of the ones we looked at, there was one that came to the top of my mind. I informed him I needed a day or two to think it over. He knew I was only on vacation for five days and this was day two. On Thursday, late afternoon of day three, I asked to be able to view the one that I may be interested in but wanted my son to look at it as well. We scheduled the viewing late Friday evening; my flight was leaving on Saturday. Being able to look at it again with another family member, I filled out paperwork with his advice on how I should proceed, what to ask for, etc. He was very instrumental in the whole process, always answering his text messages, emails and phone calls promptly with any concerns I had.Forty days later, I am the owner of a vacation home which will become my retirement home. Paul has gone above and beyond his role as a real estate agent. As I stated earlier, he did not 'œSELL' me a home but assisted me greatly in purchasing a home I can enjoy in retirement.     Besides a great personality, Paul is very thorough in searching for the home we wanted.We were not the easiest to work with due to the fact we had certain things we wanted in our home and they had to be there and we were unsure of exactly where we wanted to live...... so he worked his magic and spent several weeks showing us homes all over the myrtle beach area from Little River to Conway down to Murrells Inlet. He kept searching along with us and we were able to find that perfect home. He worked tireless for us and we are so appreciative of his hard work and tremendous amount of time he devoted to us. I would recommend Paul over several other realtors we spoke with because he was always upbeat even when we thought we wouldn't find a home.
