He went even so far as to cold call on property owners with locations that matched my odd request but were not currently on the market in the Akron, Canton, Summit, Stark and Portage counties in Ohio. Tom was so great to work with! Right from the first second I contacted him about looking at a house. He was speedy quick and took us through the house the same day I contacted him. If he didn'™t get us in to view the house when he did, we would have lost the home of our dreams. Tom did a wonderful job guiding us through every step of the way. We hadn'™t purchased a home in almost 20 years so we didn'™t know what to expect and Tom kept us updated at every turn along the way. He was very professional and he was also a great joy to work with. Tom also helped us with the listing of our own house and was fantastic with that as well. He had great recommendations for us on the staging of our home and he had plenty of open houses and showings. He always kept us in the loop on what was going on and always gave us plenty of time to get out of our house for a showing. As soon as we had the right offer though things went very quickly and Tom made sure we knew everything going on with the entire process.
