My husband & I worked with Evie when purchasing our first home and we cannot express all the Great things about her! I'm fact, we again contacted Evie to be our Realtor four years down the line, when the time came to sell our home recently, in late Feb 2018. We were both confident in our decision to again have Evie by our side, knowing her great level of knowledge, skill, and hard work would pay off well. She is very knowledgeable of the local area, as well as in handling various procedures & situations that often arise during the whole 'buy/ sell' process- which definitely took a load off our shoulders by having someone to guide us through things we weren't familiar with. She was always very prompt in responding to our calls, emails, and questions; as well as on the ball when it came to contacting us about anything that needed our attention and so on. This promptness was at all hours, day or night... as we learned that she's definitely a 'night owl'... working hard late into many nights. Evie was so helpful, being kind enough to go out of her way at times; keeping an eye on our house and even making sure it's cleanliness was kept pristine once we had moved out... which must have been quite a task, being that there were so many people walking through during the continuous, daily showings and weekend open houses. All the while, she consistently stayed in contact/ communication with us on all of the events, as well as gave follow-ups to what took place. We were both REALLY impressed by all of this! There are SO MANY MORE QUALITIES we could list to try to explain why Evie Miller is such an asset to have as your Realtor... but, as they say, 'The PROOF is in the PUDDING': we placed our house on the market in late February- it was quickly under contract in under 23 days- and SOLD soon after!! There were a few other homes that happened to be listed for sale in our immediate area at the same time as our house, some placed on the market before, others during... and ours was definitely one of, if not THE fastest to sell... AND we were very happy with the final purchase price! Hopefully, we included enough detail in the above to help any who come across this to make a wise decision when selecting a Realtor... we would/ and will recommend Evie to anyone in the area, whom we know of looking to buy or sell a home. Evie was very helpful and professional in buying our house in Louisville. There were many tasks involved since this was a VA loan.

Our small family moved from Tampa to Massillon for work in February. We knew nothing about Ohio, let alone Massillon. Evie was not only our agent, but our friend and trusted advisor. She steered us in the right direction in regard to location, was knowledgeable about the school system and local shopping/dining, and knew the areas where we would be most comfortable. She helped us become settled in the community, gave us recommendations for home services (trash, cable, lawn care, etc.), and even invited us to church (which we joined). I don't think you can find a better person to represent you and your family in the area.
