Hi my Name is Dustin Pringle. I¿m very excited to be starting a new and amazing career with Coldwell Banker Schmidt Realty. I have met many wonderful and supportive team members. Together I believe we can achieve great success.
ABOUT ME
I am a person of many values. Having served in the United States Army Reserves for nearly six years. I have fully adopted their core values of (LRDSHIP) Loyalty, Respect, Duty, Selfless Service, Honor, Integrity, & Personal Courage in everything I do, both personally, and professionally. During my time serving I was awarded The Army Achievement Medal for demonstrating professionalism, dedication, & excellence that were vital to the accomplishment of the mission. From there I went on to residential construction where I learned a great deal. I went on to train and develop many different crews. Managing, organizing and executing many successful projects. From there I became a small business owner running my own construction company for the past year. Now I am ready to hang up my tool pouch, and go from building houses, to helping people find a place to call home.
MY FAMILY
I need to start by saying that I would not be where I am today without the love and support I have from my family and closest friends. I have an amazing wife of over 15 years, and an incredible 11-year-old son. They are truly a blessing to my life. I grew up in a blue-collar middle-class family with the belief that hard work, dedication and decency you can achieve great things.
MY HOBBIES & INTEREST
My family and I are avid sports fans. I am super competitive by nature. One of my favorite things is coaching or assisting on my son's youth baseball team for the last 5 years. Watching the development and growth of those kids each year is rewarding in itself. The real satisfaction comes from knowing you had a small part in that. It's a truly humbling experience. Teaching them that as long as you give 100% and try your very best, that you have a positive attitude, that you have fun, and love what you do you will be successful. I believe these are values for not only in baseball, but life as well.
