Pat was such a great realtor to work with! He always scheduled viewings almost immediately after I contacted him about them. I could always count on Pat to be honest with me at every step of the way. Rather than only focusing on selling the home, he never pushed anything upon me but instead just helped make this process so much less stressful. He always made sure I was aware of all of the details of the house. Pat was always there to answer any of my questions during or outside viewings. It was a pleasure having someone so knowledgeable in the field to help make this the smoothest transition!

Pat was by far the best realtor I have ever had the pleasure to meet and work with!! He was very outgoing and honest right from the start. He always went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations in many ways. He was very helpful, informative and made sure to always stay in touch and keep us updated!
