Joanne has helped my husband and I find a wonderful second home in Seaside. She was very knowledgeable and helped our family to have a nice vacation spot to enjoy for years. My husband, John and I, were referred to Joanne Platz two years ago, We were thinking (only casually) about escaping to our beloved Jersey Shore from the NYC area--but Joanne took our dream seriously and showed us many properties before we "took the plunge" and purchased a light and bright townhouse in a beautifully maintained neighborhood that we love.
I have bought and sold many properties over the years, including in London, and have worked with very good real estate agents but Joanne has been the most knowledgeable and best.
She knows the market and the area and is persistent professionally while being gentle and non-pressuring personally.. I appreciated this combination of traits in her. And, needless to say, she got the deal done.

Joanne had a buyer on day 1 and we sold the condo at a great price. I had to sell my mom's condo after she had passed and a friend recommended Joanne. Joanne is enthusiastic, professional and knowledgeable. She came prepared with 2 booklets full of information at our first meeting. Joanne liked what we had done to my mom's condo and offered some tips to further improve and make it more attractive to buyers. She was always responsive to my calls. It was a pleasure dealing with someone so upbeat, positive and just plain smart. I would highly recommend working with Joanne.
