Randy Stone is a pro. I bought my first home with Randy's help 15 years ago. I was too inexperienced to fully appreciate what a remarkable job he did until I tried to find a place for my parents to retire in Flagstaff. It was an absolute nightmare! Between the ruthless predatory realtors just trying to make a quick buck off some old folks and my notoriously stubborn father it just went on and on. My parents ended up moving up here to Sandpoint and it was Randy to the rescue once again. I was immediately reassured by his confidence and obvious expertise. He's really good staying in touch and offering progress reports. My folks just love him. He's so cool to my Dad and listens to all his old stories, that's not a skill I would have thought to look for in a realtor. Randy does a great job. First class for sure.
