My Client Reviews
Christina is outstanding. I was selling my property from out of state, so I really needed somebody who would handle EVERYTHING for me, and who knew what the market conditions were like in Arlington. She performed brilliantly, and we got more than our asking price after one week on the market. Bravo!
Christina did an amazing job as my buyer's agent. She worked with my unusual housing needs and within my budget. She even helped me to negotiate a price that was far better than I was hoping for on the home of my dreams. And, her patience with the questions of a first-time home buyer is worthy of sainthood.
Excellent realtor. She was incredibly organized, helpful and communicative. It also helped that she was fun and interesting to talk to as well. After we found my current apartment, she has continued to stay in touch with real-estate news and listings in which I may be interested. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
Christina was very helpful. She was very prompt, and kept us updated throughout the whole process. With her help we moved in within a week of viewing.
My experience with Christina was great! I was relocating from New York to Boston and searching for an apartment with Christina's help. Christina was prompt, organized, efficient and incredibly friendly. She was easy to work with and was an effective communicator, encouraging a productive dialogue that led us to renting a great apartment. I feel lucky to have had Christina on my team and would recommend her to anyone!
Christina is a fantastic realtor. I was on a very tight schedule and had some fairly strict criteria for a rental property that included good schools and a reasonable commute. I flew from the UK, having never spent any time in Boston, and met Christina the next day. She arrived on time with a folder containing detailed descriptions of eight properties and a schedule to see them all within a few hours. Each property met my requirements, and Christina allocated the right amount of time at and between each property. We never felt rushed, and we completed all eight viewings on schedule. One of the properties stood out, and Christina worked nonstop until we signed the lease. We are now thinking about buying a house in the local area and look forward to working with Christina again.
Our experience with Christina was excellent! She was so helpful and informative on perspective neighborhoods, and flexible with her schedule to accommodate us on a moments notice. She made our first time home buying experience extremely positive- even in the crazy Boston area housing market. I could not recommend Christina enough.
Christina. Is. Amazing. She is the reason I even knew I had a chance on the place and the reason I bid on it. She is honest, was in frequent contact, bargained well for me, I feel I got a really good deal, she was really generous with her time, and had great advice throughout the process. She is an incredibly hard worker and she turned what should have been a terrible experience into a wonderful one. Thank you so much, Christina.

I spent the better part of yesterday with my good friend, a New England native, touring Shirley and the the surrounding Middlesex county towns of Groton, Dunstable, Townsend, and Pepperell. We decided to focus our time on her hometown of Shirley and ventured out on a hike at the Farandnear Reservation, a beautiful escape featuring easy wooded trails, an arboretum full of more than eighty conifer trees, remnants of an old cranberry bog, and a ten-acre parcel where huge hemlocks grow. Shirley, Ma...

2020 has been a difficult year for everyone. With most businesses and work places shut down, many New England residents found themselves embarking on personal projects. I for one, painted my bedroom, curated Facebook Marketplace inventory in my basement storage bin, ordered and put together a new desk, a new wardrobe, a new plant stand, installed curtains and curtain rods, among numerous tiny little details, all in an effort to create a work haven which would be up to date with my current needs...
