Carole then continued to excel her career through a merger with a large property management company, holding a portfolio of 180 Resorts. Carole's position, as The Director of Resort Sales and Rentals, consisted of maintaining a lofty focus on maximizing sales and rental revenue for projects with 50-350 units in The Northeastern and Southeastern, United States.

In 2008, Carole transitioned into residential real estate for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage.
