Jason Lukis is a New York native originally from Queens. In 2009, Jason moved to Florida to complete his education in Business and Real Estate. He developed an interest in real estate while working in residential property management in South Florida. While pursuing his MBA in management at Nova Southeastern University; he began renting and selling real estate in Fort Lauderdale and Miami with Wolsen Real Estate. He has helped students find their first apartment, families purchase their first home, and investors acquire their first investment properties. He is a licensed property manager and real estate sales associate in Florida and is licensed as a real estate salesperson in New York.
After graduating with a Master of Science in International Real Estate from Florida International University, he returned to Brooklyn, New York to be with his family and decided to join the Commerical Real Estate team at Coldwell Banker Reliable. Jason is trustworthy, dependable, and always makes himself available to his clients to insure that their expectations are met.
Jason likes to go to the gym, is a dog lover, and loves to travel. He is trilingual, speaking English, Spanish, and Italian. His travels have taken him to many places in South America and Europe. He is also adventurous and enjoys skydiving and boating. Jason has a philanthropic side. He raised $15,500 to reconstruct a badly damaged public municipal library aiding more than 3,000 children in Eusebio Ayala, Paraguay, as a member of Rotaract under the umbrella of Rotary International, a global non-profit organization.
