If I could give any feedback to Tammy, it is in caring to become a more genuine person with her clients. She is obviously juggling a lot of balls in the air (with work and home etc), but it definitely shines through at times when she is bull-shitting her way through moments she could just be forthright about mistaken which client she is talking with on the phone, or answering an email from two months ago after she had sold home to me etc. I would use Tammy again. This was my 8th home purchased, and I have had a lot of experience, just something I noticed and thought I'd mention. I appreciated the great referral to Mike Koerbler. He was excellent. I'll refer his services for sure.

Tammy was selected by my deceased sister as the realtor to sale her home. When we met with her to sign papers, I was quiet impressed with her. ( I have sold 5 homes in the last ten years.) However as time went on, I felt like she was more interested in just selling the home and helping the buyer rather than the seller who she represented. When the buyer wanted their closing costs included, Tammy should have indicated to the seller that this would be a significant lose to the seller. Nothing was said. When I told her I felt the increase in price, which again benefited the buyer, only benefited the buyer and her commission she indicated to me that it would be figured a different way, which would keep us at the $300,000 level. It was not. In talking with other realtors, we not only lost out on the price, but on advise. An estimation was made for me of between $10,000 and $15,000. Had Pat's children not been involved in this sale, I would have pulled out or waited until the contract expired before I sold it.

Well first of all Tammy is very patient. We needed to sell our home in Idaho before making any serious moves. She walked us through many homes from Grantsville, Tooele & Provo area.
