Business Philosophy

I believe that the greatest success comes from connecting a buyer and/or seller to the right property at the right time. My greatest joy is seeing how happy someone can be when he or she has found the right home or property.

I believe that in order to be an excellent agent you need to be a full time agent with a desire to learn. I am a full time realtor and I make every effort to complete new training, stay up to date on requirements, and learn what is new in the real estate world.

Education and Training

I completed my formal training at BYU and U of U where I completed degrees in Administration, marketing and special education. As a realtor I have completed the leadership training course, Buyers Agent Certification, Certified Investor Agent training, Short Sale and Foreclosure certification, Management Certification and several more. I continue to take courses to improve my skill set to be a better Realtor.

Awards And Designations

I am certified in marketing, health occupations, administration, leadership, ABR, SFR, BPO, CIAS and management.

I was Realtor of the month seven times, the top producer in my company for two years and won six of the office contests.

Areas of Expertise

I love working with buyers and sellers of all types of properties, residential, land, HUD, recreational, short sale, and foreclosure. I enjoy a challenge. I also enjoy evaluating properties. I have worked with banks and other companies to help them understand the value of a property they are acquiring. I have taken several classes in short sales and foreclosures and I am a certified agent for short sale listings. I also have developed and run several businesses and enjoy working with businesses to find the property that will work best for them.

Community Involvement

I am actively involved in the community; my neighborhood and I enjoy working on different projects. I often help at the local school. I serve on a board for a company that works with people with disabilities, and I also serve on a board that is partnering with Utah Valley University.

Personal Background

I am a life long Utah County girl. I grew up here, attended Provo High School and BYU. I have raised my four children in the valley and I own several homes. I worked for the local schools and three universities before I became a full time realtor. I love Utah.
