I have tried contacting him on many occasions within a 2 year period and I never receive anything back, not even a peep from this guy.

Having looked for a home by ourselves and not knowing how to get access to any homes, We were able to finally learn through Kevin. Ever time we were interested in looking, Kevin was johnnie on the spot. He was always on time for any appointment that was set up and if a person was not available, he had permission to allow us to view the property. When we located the home we decided to attempt to purchase, Kevin worked extra hard with our lender and the seller's agent to help us finalize our closing a deal so we could purchase our home. We stared working with Kevin in early November, found our hopefully new home by late November and sign the contracts in mid-December. We moved in 2 days later and were living and enjoying a new home on Christmas Day. THANKS KEVIN from both Teresa and myself.

My husband recently passed away and I needed to downsize and move closer to my children. Kevin was remarkable in helping me with the purchase of my new home and selling my existing home. He was available to me regardless of the time of day to answer any question I had. He even took my calls while he was on vacation. Kevin is so easy to work with, it is almost like having a family member there to help me.

Kevin was wonderful to work with.. he helped us in all the decisions on our home purchase.. We loved the way he presented several homes to us and was never pushy.. He was always there for us when we needed him.. what a great job he did for us. I would highly recommend Kevin to anyone..

Kevin was a huge help to my family and I. We did not know the neighborhood at all and he spent so much time with us. He took us EVERYWHERE. He let us know what was nearby within walking distance. Not only was he professional and knew his job well, he wasn't pushy but made sure you were comfortable and checked up to let us know where we were in the process. I completely recommend Kevin if you want someone who will work with you and not pester you but be there to answer you at a moments notice and pay attention to what YOU need.
