Thanks for letting me share a little bit about who I am and why I do what I do.
Over a 29-year Air Force career I had many opportunities to experience the thrills, challenges and benefits of home ownership across our nation.
From searching for my first home 20 years ago to nearly 15 years of owning and now managing my own investment properties real estate has become something I love.I earned my real estate sales license in 2014 to combine my experiences with two other lifelong passions teaching and helping people achieve their dreams.
My favorite part of being a Realtor is watching Sellers smile as they realize the rewards of a home they've just sold and new Homeowners grin as I hand them their keys.These very rewarding moments are the fuel that drive my dedication to serving my clients!
So why am I a great choice to serve you? Simply, I offer a diverse set of skills developed over a lifetime of service to our nation and apply them to achieve my client's goals. I am:
An analyst well practiced in defining challenges and identifying potential solutions;
A project manager with a detail oriented approach to managing the sales process. I ensure the right people and resources are in place as needed to make my clients' transactions as seamless as possible;
A problem solver who uses diplomacy and negotiation to overcome obstacles;
A financial manager developing and executing financial management strategies. I assure every phase of the sales transaction is focused on safeguarding my client's well being.
A proactive and expert communicator keeping everyone involved with a transaction synchronized to make your home sales or buying experience as easy as possible
Naturally, I hold a special place for our active duty Service Members, my fellow veterans and their families. As a certified Military Relocation Professional I know how leverage your Veteran's Affairs benefits and work closely with like-minded service providers to maximize your opportunities.
But let's get real; life isn't just about business.
At home I dote on my 4-legged daughters Fawn an Australian Sheppard, Blue Heeler mix and Mysterie a Red Heeler mix whose companionship does so much more for me that I ever imagined it would.
I'm grateful for the ability to support Rescue Rovers, the non profit organization who brought them into my life and has saved over 8,000 dogs like her from uncertain futures.
I also enjoy devoting time to trying new recipes, puttering with home projects and diving into a good book.
But who wants to stay stay inside when Utah is one BIG playground!
A few years ago I learned to ski and now love spending time playing on the slopes! With a dozen world class ski resorts within a 90 minute drive of there's enough terrain out there to keep even the most avid snow sport fanatic busy for years!
During other seasons I turn to cycling, hiking, and travel to explore this beautiful state.
