Jeremy Vernassal

Born in France and raised in Canada, I moved to the United States in the early 2000s and started my career in Legal Tech, specifically addressing the needs of small business owners and real estate investors. In 2019 I decided to pursue my aspirations and obtained my license from the Utah Division of Real Estate and am proud to call myself a member of the Coldwell Banker Realty family. I have a passion for the Real Estate market both in terms of helping others invest in property as well as finding their dream home.

I hold a Bachelors's degree in Sociology, with a minor in French from York University, and love any opportunity to strike up a conversation with a fellow francophone!

In my downtime, I enjoy going for neighborhood walks with my wife and two young boys, we regularly make 9th & 9th and 15th & 15th a calculated destination, this way we get to reward our efforts with a tasty gelato or espresso from some of our favorite local businesses.
