Personal Background
- I have been licensed since 1997 and been with Coldwell Banker Residential from the beginning
- In 2007 my wife & I were offered the opportunity to market/sell/manage a portfolio of REO properties for a large institutional client. As a result we relocated to the Sacramento CA metro, obtained real estate licenses in California and partnered with Coldwell Banker Residential as it was a natural fit. We were there for 2 years and after selling over 200+ properties we returned back to Salt Lake in the winter of 2009.
- It was a great experience to see first hand a completely different market and real estate culture in Sacramento versus the one here in the greater Salt Lake metro. The experience provided good insight to how special the Salt Lake real estate market is and the quality of life that can easily be taken for granted here.
