Bill is awesome to work with. He is kind and understanding. He was very prompt to respond to our needs and he communicated well with us. Bill would come up and show us homes the day of us asking him and never complained. He always made us feel like he enjoyed showing us homes, and he really seemed to love his job. Bill is a great at what he does and I highly recommend his services to anyone looking to buy or sale a home.

Bill is a great guy that I would use in a second. As someone (builder in the northeast) who has done more than 100 closings I love working with someone like Bill, who knows the market, the builders, is very knowledgeable in the home business, and works for his clients and not for himself. Its hard to find such individuals in the real estate business, but he one name to put on top of the list. He is still in my speed dial. John

Bill was great to work with. He was patient as we decided what we really wanted to buy. Bill was GREAT! He was insightful and provided the real estate knowledge we needed for our family to make the right property decision. He is a man of his word. He always did what he said he would do and then some. He took the time to find out what we were looking for and then prompted us in that direction all the time making sure it was our decision. He made us look at all sides of the property purchasing decision before directing us what the next steps we should take. I would highly recommend Bill to anyone in need of a real estate agent.
