My Client Reviews
Buying a home is one of the biggest decisions a person makes in their lives. This process is even more complex given the current market conditions which are highly competitive. Working with Brian was the smartest decision we made during this process. He went above and beyond his call of duty so many times throughout the process. From helping us secure financing to helping us find second opinions during the inspection process- Brian never hesitated to help us out. Not only was he proactive in our search, but he also displayed a tremendous amount of respect for our needs and wants as buyers. We always felt he was looking out for our best interest and he provided good insight into both the pros and cons for the various properties we viewed. Once we found our home , he was very organized and communicated/executed each step of the process in anticipation of the next steps. We felt at ease knowing we could rely on his expertise and meticulousness. Overall, Brian was an absolute pleasure to partner with. The only negative aspect about buying our house is that we won't be working with him anymore!!
Brian is the kind of guy that approached his profession the way a friend would help another friend. No time is a bad time for him. Through this entire process he has had my best interest at heart and been up front and honest even when it was something that I didn't want to hear. I really feel fortunate for his services.

Brian is an excellent listener, crucial to being an agent. Brian is diligent, showed me homes the fit exactly within my narrow filters (location, cost, rooms/baths, garage, fireplace). He wasted zero of my time. Excellent advisor through the entire process and someone I would call a friend. Definitely an "Agent for Life" should I move again. House I ended up buying hit the system before sign went up. He immediately agreed to meet on a Sunday and but was in that night. Terrific at his job.
My experience with Brian was 100% positive. Brian was an extremely honest and trustworthy person - which is invaluable when dealing with a realtor. He would point out details in a home that might be of concern, rather than just trying to make the sale. He was also very patient, as it took my family two years to find the perfect home. But never once did Brian stop giving us A+ service. I would recommend him to anyone buying a home. Brian is not only a fantastic realtor, he's a great person!
Brian is a very professional agent. He had great patience with us trying to show houses that fit our lifestyle. We took a long time to find something that fit our needs and while it may have been enduring from his point of view, he never showed any frustration; in fact he may have shown more resolve and optimism than we. When we finally agreed to make an offer on a house, he explained every detail, step by step, in understandable terms. In the negotiations, he armed us with knowledge we could use and advice that we could take or leave without pressuring us in our decisions. As a result, I believe we got a good deal on the house we bought and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an agent to represent them.
Brian and Colleen were a great team that really help us understand the real estate market, the local area and the whole search process. The type "A", high anxiety part of me loved that Brian sent me a time line and to do list so I was completely organized from the moment we put in an offer. I'm a very service oriented person so I was "wowed" by the fact that we would send emails late at night expecting to have a response in a day or two, but Brian would have our answer that very same night. Another thing that my husband and I loved was that so much of this was done digitally. The convenience of that was beyond measure. We are very busy people and doing things electronically was such a convenience. I would also like to mention the awesome concierge service that Coldwell Banker provides. It's like an "angies list" for contractors, lawn services, roofers, etc. in the area and it comes free when you sign up with Coldwell Banker. This process was far easier than I could ever imagine and I credit Brian with that. I highly recommend Brian and the Coldwell Banker team.

Franklin Park boasts 13.5 sq-mi in the shape of a Right Triangle with a 2010 Census population of 14.5K people. It is situated just west of McCandless and south of Marshall and Bradford Woods. Together, these townships and boroughs make up the Highly Acclaimed North Allegheny School District according to GreatSchools.org and Niche.com with Franklin Elemen...
