    Growing up I was always around Business- my parents, grandparents, uncles. So, I learned about business ethics -integrity, honesty, hard work, being a great communicator, and what I owe my Clients.

    I had great teachers in School. They not only taught me the academics but reinforced honesty, integrity, and hard work- the same things I was learning about Business from my family. This is why I have great respect for Teachers.

    While in college, I studied Business and Information Technology. This taught me Marketing and Analytical skills that I use for studying the Real Estate Market and Negotiating the transaction.

    My Business background, Real Estate Market knowledge, cutting edge Marketing, use of the latest technologies, and being an effective negotiator are critical skills for both Buyers and Sellers.

    When I put your Home on the Market, you can feel confident you will receive top dollar because of my Market knowledge, Professional Photography, and Staging Services. Most agents just put a sign in the yard and wait for an agent to bring his Buyer to look at the house. I work on selling your Home by contacting potential Buyers to bring to your Home.

    For Buyers, I am here to educate and guide you. I will explain the Home Buying Process and point out the good and bad points of a Home so you can make an educated decision and not overpay for your purchase.

    I enjoy spending time with family and friends, old homes, hunting, golf, woodworking, Auto Crossing, and working on old cars. Member of BMW Car Club of America and own 3 older BMWrsquo;s -1972, 1973, 1974. At one time I collected Corvettes 1960 and 1970 Mustangs. I live in an older home that I have renovated. I flipped several homes. I fly fish in Northern Pennsylvania, Montana, Utah, Mexico, and Siberia. I hold season tickets for the Baltimore Orioles- I am hoping this year they will turn around the team to be competitive.
