My objective is to become a valued team member and provide you with the information you need so that you are able to make an informed financial decision when you purchase or sell real estate. My Trademark and Branding

Purchasing or selling real estate has a lot of moving parts and can be a very emotional experience if you are not prepared.

First time home buyers or sellers tend to depend heavily on their agents to help them make the right decisions around a real estate transaction because they feel anxious about making the wrong decisions. "You don't know what you don't know," is how many buyers and sellers feel, so my classes are designed to answer your questions before you make a "real estate" move. My expertise includes years of experience and information not covered in by other classes.

I am a professional Realtor licensed to practice real estate in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and I hold the following certifications:

MCNE real estate designation (Master Certified Negotiation Expert);

Global Relocation Buyer/Seller Specialist

GREEN certification, and

Feng Shui Consultant Certification ( Techniques to ensure great energy flow in your home and/or business)

My undergraduate degree is from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with a degree in Management and Strategic Marketing. Real Estate is my third career of which I have chosen because it has allowed me to utilize many of my skills to help facilitate many types of real estate transactions.

I started in real estate as a property manager, then became an investor in 2006. In 2007 I got licensed in DC, Maryland, year later in Pennsylvania, and finally in New Jersey. I am a native of Philadelphia and currently live and sell in PA and NJ. I am a global referral agent with access to a wide network of real estate professionals.
