Autumn DeTar was born and raised in Carson City, Nevada. She is 37 years old and the mother of three wonderful boys. She spent the majority of her adult life living in Carson City and then Reno, Nevada where she went to school, made lifelong friends and ultimately began her journey as a Realtor!
In 2004, Autumn obtained her Real Estate License and Property Management permit. She then worked as a full time Commercial Property Management Assistant and Leasing agent for Coldwell Banker Commercial Premier Brokers. Autumn was responsible for the management of nearly 100,000 sq ft of commercial space. In 2008, she transferred to Coldwell Banker Best Sellers and tried her hand at residential property management. After getting married and buying her first home, Autumn took a sabbatical to start a family and support her husband as he started medical school.
In 2013, Autumn returned to Real Estate, but this time as a Residential Sales associate. Her passion for real estate was renewed, and her previous experiences in commercial and residential management were of great benefit to her Sellers AND her Buyers.
In 2015, Coldwell Banker Select offices in Reno awarded Autumn "Best New Agent" for 2014.
Autumn relocated to Palmyra, PA with her family in the summer of 2015 so that her husband could attend his Anesthesia Residency Training at Penn State Milton Hershey Medical Center.
In 2016, Autumn obtained her Pennsylvania Real Estate license and after trying out another local real estate brokerage, she knew she needed to return "home" to Coldwell Banker!
As of 2020, Autumn is passionately building her business while doing what she loves!
When she is not working with clients or chasing boys, she enjoys exploring her "new" home state and enjoying all the GREEN scenery! She also loves animals and fosters for a local Rescue Organization, enjoys volunteering in her sons' schools and experiencing all of the incredible history on the East Coast with her family.
Plans for the future include growing her Real Estate Business, creating opportunities to be an active member of the Palmyra community and eventually acquiring some goats!
