    Having owned my own Interior Design business for nearly 25 years, I recognize my knowledge of construction, project management and practical business "savvy" gives me a unique advantage in helping people to reach their Real Estate goals. Beyond being an important financial investment, I believe one's sense of "home" is very important to their overall well being. Helping clients to find their "perfect fit" is always my first priority. Orchestrating this major life change, as seamlessly as possible, is something I work to achieve with integrity and competency. Providing guidance during this process, being a skilled negotiator and competently overseeing the multiple transactions involved, are all necessary requirements of any good Realtor. As your agent, I know how important it is for you to explore various options, so you can feel confident about your choice when finding a new home. Moving is always a challenge...but I believe the "right move" makes it worth it!

    I bring marketing knowledge, as well as easy designer "staging" tips, to help you position your home as favorably as possible in your market. My goal, as your agent, being to net you the most from your sale, in the least amount of time, with the least amount of inconvenience to you. I know keeping you well informed during this process is extremely important and will give you regular feedback about Open Houses, showings and internet "hits" on your property, so we can continue to develop new marketing strategies until your property is sold.
