Amanda Mergel was born and raised in Northern New Jersey. After living in NYC for over 10 years, she moved back to the Garden State and decided to lean into her passion for real estate.
Prior to joining Coldwell Banker, Amanda worked as an intellectual property attorney and legal recruiter in Manhattan where she learned the negotiation and business skills she uses to help her clients realize their real estate goals. Amanda's former profession instilled in her an attention to detail and legal expertise which gives her clients an edge when it comes to the negotiations, contracts, and research necessary to make informed decisions and bring the best return on real estate investments. Anyone that has worked with Amanda can attest to her professionalism, integrity, and personal warmth. She will work tirelessly for her clients and is dedicated to helping them with all of their real estate needs.
Amanda obtained her B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis and her J.D. Fordham University School of Law. She currently lives in Mendham, NJ. When not working, Amanda enjoys working out at the gym, baking, theater, and spending time with her husband, Zach, and dog, Reggie.
