    Personal Background

My success in Real Estate has come largely from a strong work ethic to provide the highest quality service to my clients; investors and homeowners alike. I love the satisfaction that comes from a job well done once my client settles on a house that will bring much joy, fond memories and/or solid cashflow/appreciation to an investment portfolio. Since beginning in real estate, I have served families ranging as far as Cecil County and Harford County, over to Frederick County, and down to Anne Arundel County. Westminster, Carroll County is my hometown; proud to be a North Carroll Panther.

I specialize in helping landlords grow or reduce their investment portfolios. As the chairperson of a Millennial Discussion Group and a frequent attendee to a diverse range of national investment speakers at the Mid-Atlantic Real Estate Investment Association (MAREIA), I have extensive knowledge of the real estate investing industry.

I hold a Sales Person's License in the state of Maryland, and a Bachelor of Science degree from Bridgewater College, VA. I am a member of the Carroll County Association of Realtors (CCAR), Maryland Association of Realtors (MAR), and the National Association of Realtors (NAR). My interests lie in Energy Star Certified buildings.

    Professional Background

Having previously served clients from a local brokerage in downtown Westminster to now serving families from Coldwell Banker- a global real estate brand recognized in 49 countries- I stand behind my value of providing a hometown feel, with a globalized approach to employ all the available top-of-the-line tools to help you achieve your real estate goals.

    Business Philosophy

All things (actions, reactions, thoughts, and deed) make up our human experience; and in business I believe "It's not the big things that add up in the end; It's the hundreds, thousands, or millions of little things that separate the ordinary from the extraordinary."
