As a life long native of the DC region Saurabh Prakash has a deep rooted understanding of the Washington region's real estate market. After growing up in the suburbs of MD, Saurabh moved into DC in 2014 and began a successful career in personal training. Through personal training he was able to hone his people skills, which help him truly understand what his clients are seeking and thus allow him to deliver on those wants.
In 2017 Saurabh fell in love with real estate while going through the home buying process himself for the first time. From that point Saurabh fully committed himself to learning about real estate. Having dedicated countless hours to market research, Saurabh is prepared to help his clients develop strategies to get the results they're seeking in their real estate transactions.
In his free time Saurabh loves to ride his bike through the local bike trails, practice Muay Thai, listen to podcasts, read books and articles on current affairs, cook delicious meals with his fiance, and travel when there's not a global pandemic.
