Kookie took great care of us! I was visiting for a potential job in the area with my wife and 6 month old baby. We were up front with Kookie that it wasn't a sure deal that we would even be relocating to the area (and thus buying a home), but she still gave us great attention and drove the three of us around all day to check out homes. While we didn't end up moving for the job and buying a home, Kookie was incredibly accommodating, sincere and very knowledgeable of the Anne Arundel County area. We'll certainly keep her in mind for the future if we do end up moving and would highly recommend her to anyone else. Thanks Kookie!

My husband and I never thought we'd be able to purchase a home again due to some financial difficulties in the past. Right from the start Kookie gave us hope. She helped us locate a lender who had experience working with people in our situation. She never made me feel like a failure but treated us with compassion and professionalism. She made home searching fun and exciting. She always responded to us very quickly. She was always able to get the homes scheduled that we wanted to visit. She was very knowledgeable about the homes and knew exactly what to look for in each home. She was very knowledge about pricing also. She never grew tired of our questions or the number of homes we wanted to visit. She was patient and treated us like we were her only clients. Once we made a decision on a home she walked us through each and every step. Kookie helped us negotiate a lower price and additional seller help. The whole process went smoothly because of Kookie's knowledge of the process and the education she provided to us. It was such a great experience and all because Kookie took the time to educate us and understood that we wanted to find our forever home. We couldn't have done it without her. We met Kookie on MLK day 2019 and choosing her as our realtor was one of the best decisions we've ever made. Other than buying a small condo, we hadn't purchased a home until now. She listened to what we wanted, gave us a realistic picture of the housing market for what we wanted, and was patient with us as we eased into looking. In the few houses we looked at, she noticed every crack and potential issue in the houses, things there's no way we would've noticed. We found a house faster than any of us expected and I compare Kookie's work on our behalf like an iceberg, I think we only saw 20% of the work she did to make sure we got the house for the right price and every detail was taken care of for a crazy smooth closing. For example, we had multiple inspections for a variety of things Kookie organized everything and remembered the results better than we did.
Kookie took such good care of us that as anything in our life comes up we ask 'hmmm...wonder if we should ask Kookie for advice?' :-). Thanks so much for all your work and helping us find the perfect house for the perfect price and explaining everything, sometimes multiple times, along the way.

I used Kookie to sell my house after trying to do so with another realtor. Wow, what a difference. She is the ultimate professional, yet down to earth, easy to communicate with, and such a sweet personality. She was there for me every step of the way. Her "open houses" can't be beat. She set up the showing of our house just like it was something out of Home and Gardens. And her brochures can't be beat. If you want to sell you house with the utmost high class, down to earth, friendly, etc. (I could go on and on), you have got to use Kookie. You won't be disappointed. Being first time homebuyers, all we had to go on was friends horror stories of the process. We were excited but also very scared and worried. Minutes after meeting and talking to Kookie, all of our fears were eased. She was exceptionally knowledgeable of every aspect of the homebuying process and she had very comforting way of explaining it so that we could understand. She really has an uncanny ability of making you feel like you are speaking with a dear friend. Throughout the entire process, Kookie constantly exceeded our expectations. Infact, the very reason we are living happily in our dream home right now is because Kookie selflessly left her loved ones on Mother's Day to meet with us at a potential home (which ended up being the one). Kookie, we cannot thank you enough. There aren't words to describe our gratitude for everything you did for us. Kookie is an excellent, very experienced real estate agent who is able to think "outside the box", a quality which enabled me to find my dream house on the water, in Edgewater. By suggesting this location Kookie helped me find the perfect house which I was able to afford instead of just looking at properties in more expensive locations in Annapolis. I heartily recommend her. She really listens to her clients and comes up with great properties.

Buying/selling is one of the most stressful events a person can go through. Especially if you are not in the same state as your property. Kookie went above and beyond any other agent we have ever had (we have bought and sold over 14 properties). She was literally on call for us. Our agent, Kookie, went above and beyond from the time we were thinking about listing to the actual settlement when we sold the property. Kookie has a wide breadth of knowledge about homes and the buying process. She was very hands-on, inspecting every inch of each house we toured. She was extremely thorough with paperwork, setting up inspections, getting quotes for repairs, and negotiating with the sellers once we put in an offer. I never had to ask to have something done, because she had already anticipated it and did it for me...this takes a lot of stress out of the buying process. Would highly recommend her to anyone I know!

Kookie is wonderful to work with. She is always prepared and three steps ahead of the game. She is clear and upfront about what to expect throughout the process, and never misses a detail. You can tell that she puts her heart into her work. This was our first time on the selling side, and Kookie made it easy and seamless. Kookie was awesome. As first time buyers we were a little apprehensive about the whole process of buying a house, but Kookie made it easy. She really knew the areas we were looking at and didn't mind going to A LOT of houses with us while we tried to figure out what we wanted. She always seemed happy to see us even when we took up her Valentine's Day with house hunting and always answered emails or texts promptly.
