"Success in life is about following your heart," I often remind myself.
My heart has carried me through an eclectic mix of experiences and accomplishments. My post-MBA work experience includes six years in sales, marketing, and corporate finance and for the last 15+ years I've worked in residential real estate.
What may be more interesting about me, though, is what I've done when I wasn't working. I've "unplugged" for a month at a Zen temple in rural Japan. I've completed a life-changing group trek through the Himalayan Mountains in Nepal. And, I've spent three years training as a Heart-Centered Life Coach; I received my MA in Spiritual Psychology with an emphasis in Consciousness, Health, and Healing in 2016.
Why might my training as a Heart-Centered Life Coach be relevant to you in a real estate transaction? Well, the feedback I've received from many of my clients is that our heart-centered conversations helped them (i) to connect more fully with what was in their heart and (ii) to better understand how their decision to buy or sell a home could lay the groundwork for creating and living a more heartfelt, meaningful life.
In addition to my heart-centered life coach training, my educational background includes (i) a BA in Asian Studies (Japanese) from Washington University in St. Louis, (ii) an MBA from Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business, and (iii) in 2020, a Master of Legal Studies (MLS) degree with a concentration in Negotiation and Dispute Resolution from Washington University School of Law.
