Tillie grew up in Northern Colorado. She spent her summers working at her dad’s tractor dealership learning several aspects of the farm and ranch industry from numerous points of view. After graduating from Poudre High School, she attended Front Range Community College and received her Associates of Arts in Business. She then attended Colorado State University and received her Bachelor of Science in Marketing.
After graduation, Tillie went into retail management. For over a decade she excelled in customer service and associate retention. With the help of her two children, Tillie decided to pursue real estate and earned her real estate license in December of 2016. With her kiddos by her side, she was able to win Keller Williams Rookie of the year in 2017. In 2018 she moved her license to Coldwell Banker to be ready to serve her clients and family better.
Tillie purchased her home in 2015 in Fort Collins. Where she, her two children and two dogs live today. She recently joined Beattie Elementary School’s Parent Teacher Organization and the Culture committee at Blevins Middle School. She is very active in her community and seeks to put others needs first and truly believes in customer service as a first priority.
Tillie’s long-term tenure in Fort Collins and community engagement not only make her an asset to her Buyers and Sellers but a necessity in a fierce market with her absolute passion and concern, which is putting her customer first.
