Teresa Lomax is a Realtor ® for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. She serves the entire Denver Metro Area, but focuses most of her time in Adams, Boulder, Larimer, and Weld counties. She helps families in these communities navigate through each part of the home buying and selling process.
Teresa has received advanced training in 1031 Exchange programs for Real Estate investors. She is a Certified Military Residential Specialist (CMRS), has certification to successfully sell HUD homes, and is a Certified Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE). She is in the process of completing coursework for the Graduate Realtor ® Institute (GRI), and should have this designation complete by mid-2018.
Having a sharp eye for detail while being able to keep the big picture in sight are two traits she believes are essential for any real estate professional. In addition, Teresa is highly versed in the market, knowing that even though the Denver Metro area is large, various communities within this region have specific patterns and ever-changing prices that her clients must know about before making any decision on setting a price for a sale, or making an offer to purchase.
Teresa believes first and foremost in integrity, honesty and fair dealing. Getting her clients the best and most relevant information in order to make an informed decision is her highest priority. She works hard to negotiate the best possible price and terms for her clients, while always striving to manage the process with the least amount of stress possible.
On a personal note, Teresa and her husband Chris have lived in Colorado for ten years, moving here originally from Oregon. She enjoys hiking, cooking, reading and spending time with their three dogs: Bailey, Echo and Lily.
