I have been a full time Realtor since 2005. I got my start in the Cleveland Ohio area, building relationships and dealing with bank owned properties, first time home buyers and short sales. Even in a down market, I was able to be successful in closing sales no matter what setback came up. Now that I live in Parker and have purchased a home of my own, the setbacks and issues that I conquered in Cleveland make me a seasoned professional and better able to handle the bumps in the road that may come up during your transaction.
I chose to become a Realtor because I truly love to help people, and it also allows me the freedom to be an active parent in my two boys' lives. I choose to be hands-on during the sale or purchase process. Where others may be too busy, I make time to keep in touch with lenders, title companies and my clients to ensure that deadlines are met and information stays current. I understand that a home purchase is a huge, long term commitment and I pride myself in giving you the time and effort to find the right home at the best price possible. In 2001 I decided it was time to leave Bend Oregon, the place I had called home for 21 years. I began my journey with Dish Network working as an Account Executive in their Chicago office. By 2003 I had been promoted to Area Sales Manager for the Cleveland Ohio market. After getting settled into Cleveland I met my husband Derek. While dating we talked about our future and how we envisioned our perfect life with one of us being able to be home with any future kids we had. After dating for a year and a half Derek proposed to me and I decided it was time to change careers so that I had time to start over before we tried to bring kids into our lives. In looking at careers I decided that Real Estate was the perfect career for me. Not only could I have a flexible schedule, but I got to help people fulfill the dream of home ownership.
