Representing the Denver Metro Area and the Front Range of Colorado, Amy is committed to being a valuable resource to her clients.
Born and raised in Fort Collins, and residing in Denver since 2008, Amy understands the benefits of life along the Front Range, with its unapparelled outdoor activities, access to events and vibrant restaurant scene. Amy graduated from Metropolitan University of Denver in 2012 with a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Restaurant Management. She subsequently started her career in the luxury sector of hospitality with the Ritz-Carlton quickly elevating to a Front of House Manager position. As 2020 made forcible changes in nearly everyone's lives Amy's was no different, she realized her dedication to serve at the highest level can be combined with her long-standing passion for real estate.
Amy joined Coldwell Banker in March 2021, following the path of her grandfather, Charlie Peterson, who was a well-respected Realtor in Northern Colorado and responsible for Amys lifelong interest in the land and homes in Colorado. A current resident of Mar Lee, she has intimate knowledge of Downtown Denver and the surrounding suburbs. Her life-long residency and connections leverage her enthusiasm and expertise, contributing to her client confidence.
Amy showcases her homes on her website and with the backing of Coldwell Banker supports her clients with their buying and selling needs. She is communicative, detail-oriented, impeccably organized, and will be by your side every step of the way.
