Dan is from an international family. He's lived in the UK and has spent long periods of time in Europe (UK, Switzerland, Spain, Italy) and even as far afield as India. Travel is one of Dan's main hobbies ¿ he loves experiencing other cultures. His extensive travelling has given him a greater understanding of people from different backgrounds. Dan also enjoys entertaining. He is very knowledgeable of the food and hospitality industry, having worked hands on in restaurants for a number of years.

Dan gained valuable real estate experience growing up in a real estate family in Florida for over a decade. He also has experienced the real estate market in New York City.
