Susan Piracini has been a respected name in the Boston real estate market for 24 years. Before entering the real estate industry, she worked as a television news reporter and a corporate sales manager, where her presentation and interviewing skills proved invaluable. After beginning her real estate career in 1994, Susan quickly raced to the top 5 percent of New England brokers, winning various sales and listing awards along the way.
During her twenty-four-year career, Susan has successfully marketed over 600 million dollars’ worth of residential real estate. She has lent her expertise to some of the most successful new construction developments in the Northeast, and quickly became known for superiority in the following areas: on-site sales and marketing, proven solutions, team concepts and superior customer service. Susan is the managing director of TPG. Ms. Piracini has an excellent track record of results regardless of market ?uctuations, and was the 2007-2009 recipient of the Builders Association of Greater Boston’s coveted PRISM award for “Sales Person of the Year”. PRISM is an acronym for Prestigious Results in Sales and Marketing, and is awarded every two years to the one new home salesperson in New England who has shown extraordinary sales and marketing talent.
Susan is an active member of the Greater Boston Board of Realtors, Massachusetts Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, the National Association of Home Builders, The Builders Association of Greater Boston and the Home Builders Association of Massachusetts. She graduated from Marquette University in Milwaukee, WI with a degree in Broadcast Journalism.
