My wife and I had the great fortune of working with Rob to buy our house during the strong seller's market of 2021. We can't say enough good things about working with Rob. Rob was OUTSTANDING throughout the 11 month process of finding the right community, the right type of property and the outstanding specific property we wound up buying. He initially helped focus us and helped us to articulate what we were really looking for. Rob was extremely responsive to my situation and needs. He patiently went through opportunities in Nashua, my initial focus area. He was always on top of new listings but he also broadened my horizon to other areas near the Massachusetts/New Hampshire border. He used his extensive knowledge of the area to guide me and to expand my understanding of the opportunities in the broader area. Through this Covid-19 era, he helped me with virtual tours, understanding of the different areas. He did not waste my time with houses/condos which were in no way suitable. He dealt directly with our lender when it was helpful, helped us to understand the whole process, worked at getting the data the lender needed, reached out to the Condo manager on our behalf etc. When problems arose he was always there to help solve them. Our home was a beautiful wooded acre in Mystic CT, I worked in Boston; and we had no intentions of moving. For years we rented a condo in Andover MA which eased the pressure of a long commute and permitted us the time to explore northern New England.
