I've been practicing real estate in the Greater Boston Area since 2002. I lived in Boston/Brookline for nearly 20 years spending time in Allston, Brighton, Brookline and Back Bay before buying my first house in Roslindale in 2002. I spent nearly 10 years working with buyers, sellers and developers in the neighborhoods of Newton, Dedham, Brookline, Allston, Brighton, Jamaica Plain, Roslindale, West Roxbury, Dorchester, Hyde Park and Back Bay. In 2012, I moved to Dover, MA and have gained familiarity with much of the Metrowest suburbs including Dover, Westwood, Medfield, Needham, Sherborn and Wellesley. I believe in utilizing the local network of brokers to maximize the expertise servicing my clients. If you require insight into neighborhoods I'm currently unfamiliar with then we will work to find you the best contact for those regions.
Residential real estate is first and foremost collaborative. Prior to any offer being accepted, working with other brokers and brokerage offices is essential to identifying and anticipating potential properties and buyers. Upon acceptance of an offer, a single transaction can easily contain more than a dozen different points of contact between principles, brokers, service providers, attorneys, bankers and other entities. While maintaining my fiduciary commitment to my clients, my mission is to create a seamless connection between these parties so that we can achieve your real estate goals together.
Currently, I live in Dover with my family. My wife is a law partner who practices immigration law. My son, 13, and daughter, 16, both attend Dover public schools. My dog is half goat and will eat anything. I've lived in the Boston area since 1993 after graduating from Bates College in 1992. I enjoy skiing in Vermont, playing soccer, mountain biking and cocktails by the pool. In my younger days, I played rugby for Boston Rugby FC and have coached rugby for both Northeastern University and Xaverian High School. I enjoy the arts, blues music, cooking and any vacation that includes a beach.
