ABOUT KRISTIN

Kristin is a constant top producer while always making sure her clients feel like a top priority. She¿s consistent, ethical, and always goes above and beyond for her clients. Kristin is easy to work with and tries to bring some humor into the often stressful process of buying or selling a home.

After 15 successful years as a real estate investor (aka "flipper"), having personally bought and sold over 40 properties, Kristin decided to shift her focus to helping others. She uses her personal experience, network, and knowledge of all facets of real estate and construction to streamline each transaction for her clients, both sellers and buyers. Her unparalleled customer service has resulted in a large network of loyal clients and referrals.

Kristin is a lifelong South Shore resident. She lives in Cohasset with her husband and 2 children. Kristin truly loves and is very involved in her community. She sits on the Board of 2 local non-profit organizations (Cohasset PSO and SciCoh Football and Cheerleading) and also volunteers on a town board.

In her spare time, Kristin is a chauffeur to and from lacrosse practice/games and is the First Mate of the Cammie Lou (in her family¿s opinion she¿s the Swabbie).
