Anne helped us to purchase a new home, in a new development. She is personable, accessible, knowledgeable and a true advocate for her clients. Since we were purchase a new home, it was unknown territory for us and Anne, and her expert eye for structure and construction, from her previous career, proved invaluable. When there was a problem with the installed sump pump, Anne insisted the project manager push away the insulation and expose the wood, to insure it had not gotten wet and started to get moldy. Anne was also wonderful and knowledgeable when we were in the process of doing any paperwork, which there is a good deal of when purchasing a home. I would recommend using Anne as your broker as she helps to make a stressful situation much more pleasant!

Anne was great! I'd had bad experiences with two prior agents and Anne was wonderful from beginning to end. We had quite a few hiccups in the process that were no fault of hers, and I always felt that she was advocating for my interests. She went out of her way several times to deal with issues caused by other parties. It was also my first time buying a home, and she was always willing to explain the process. I would definitely recommend her!

I recently hired Anne Kennedy to sell my house of almost 45 years in Jamaica Plain. Anne also represented me in my purchase of a new townhouse in Norwood.
Anne's service was excellent at all times, professional in all aspects. She was prompt in updating me regarding showings and open houses for my house sale in Jamaica Plain and negotiated on my behalf to get me the best deal for my home sale.
She guided me through the inspection process for my newly built townhouse in Norwood - this was something entirely new to me as I had never purchase a "new" home before.
Anne is excellent at her job and gives more than 100% to everything she does. I would recommend her highly and without hesitation.

As first time home buyers we had lots of questions and concerns along the way. Anne patiently guides us throughout the process. She was always readily available and quickly secured viewings which is the reason why we got the house we bought. After seeing it online at 9am, Anne had confirmed a viewing for us that day. We were the first ones to see it, made an offer that night and by 3pm the next day our offer was accepted.
