My Client Reviews
Purchased our first home and couldn't have done it without the awesome help of Alison...she is simply the best....answered all our questions and concerns, responds on time be it through text, call or email....made time to be there during our home inspection, offered and drove us to our closing venue (which saved us from the stress and hassle of driving to boston ),got us an appointment for a private showing of the house immediately and used her negotiating skills in helping us decide how much to reasonably offer thus giving us an advantage against other buyers interested in the property, was very patient and flexible with our requests when we were aiming for an earlier closing date , was able to convince seller to do some electrical works that was suggested by inspector thus saving us money and she even gave us home warranty thru american home shield which we just used in having some minor work suggested by inspector , overall completely satisfied with alisons service ...she went way above and beyond what we have expected from a realtor.will forever be grateful and will refer to friends and relatives too.truly a Godsend on our homebuying journey.
