Donna Wells Pierce can trace her family’s interest and involvement in real estate to the late 1700’s when her English ancestors arrived in America as land surveyors. A native of “San Antonio, Pierce graduated with high honors from the University of Texas at Austin, and has been a Realtor® since 1984. A top producer throughout her real estate career, she has closed the sales of many impressive homes.
Working with a wide range of clients in neighborhoods both inside and outside the Loop, Pierce has participated in many $ millions in sales during the past 28 years and led the market with one of the year 2000’s highest dollar sales in River Oaks. Although the top dollar sales are exciting, this has had equally rewarding transactions with first time as well as relocating buyers and sellers. In all of them, Pierce’s highest priority is helping her clients find a home that fulfills their dreams, no matter what the price range.
“Finding the best property for the budget allowed is a Realtor’s greatest challenge and most satisfying accomplishment,” says Pierce.
“Successful transactions do not have to be stressful. I personally strive to gain my client’s home selling or buying objectives in a professional and considerate atmosphere.”
“professionalism, market knowledge and superb negotiation skills are Pierce’s strengths in Houston’s competitive real estate industry. Her persistence in working through transactions to closing is widely respected and she has been selected as a Five Star Real Estate Agents by Texas Monthly Magazine,”
As a former school teacher, Pierce is committed to Houston’s schools and children and is especially knowledgeable in Spring Branch Independent School District. Parenting four graduates of Memorial area schools, Pierce has firsthand knowledge of the public and private schools in the area. She is past president of Rustling Pines Women’s Association and has served on several charity boards and is an active member of the Blue Bird Circle, a volunteer organization supporting Texas Children’s Hospital Neurosensory Center.
Pierce’s association with Properties affords her the professional opportunity of serving clients who want to live in the Tanglewood/Memorial area as well as those who want to live inside the Loop.
“Coldwell Banker United, Realtors® provides strong agent support by offering its agents up-to-date market information and marketing programs,” says Pierce. “Each of Houston’s distinguished neighborhoods is a different market with different characteristics.”
“Coldwell Banker United, Realtors® makes it possible for agents to work primarily in one market, but serve clients in each of Houston’s fine residential neighborhoods.”
