Hi! Before I moved to Sarasota full time I grew up in Maryland. For years the family would take vacations traveling back and forth to Sarasota. Eventually we purchased a home that was perfect for family holidays. I have a lot of fond memories spending time with my extended family here in Sarasota, more often than not we were sunburned with plenty of good food and wine.
I spent a number of years in Washington DC where my husband and I purchased historic homes and renovated them for modern living. We also had the good fortune of owning a farm in Maryland allowing me to learn the ins and outs of rural properties. This is where my passion in real estate began. It led to a career in landscape architecture where I was able to further expand my knowledge of construction and renovations but on the exterior of homes.
This is all a great departure from my early career in Environmental Policy after getting my degree in Biochemistry at Texas A&M University. I feel fortunate to have had the opportunities to grow in so many different ways.
I pride myself in customer service. Truly listening to clients to understand their needs and going the extra mile to ensure they get the best price for their home, or to help them find a new home. So if you are thinking about buying a new home, a vacation home or even a rural property/farmette, I would love to help you!
