Mary Molly Carrera

I was born and raised a Kentucky girl and continue to have thoroughbred blood running through my veins and a mint julip in my hand.  After graduation, I moved my blue-grass self down to Nashville, Tennessee, where I honed my fishing skills when not working in a bank preparing lease contracts. It was while in Nashville that I realized my love for boats and the water! Luckily Central Florida affords plenty of both! It's crazy to think that I have lived here for over 30 years, which is now most of my life! After 21 years of contracts, I made a career change to child care. Little did I know that 15 years of child care would make me proficient in handling all levels of personalities of all ages! This career change opened the door to establishing a brand new child care program which is now a very successful after-school and summer program for my church.

The new year of 2020 dealt everyone a nasty blow with a virus called COVID, but 2020 had additional plans for me and served up a cancer diagnosis as well. This homebound time of uncertainty led to reflection, which led to action. Being a Realtor has been a lifelong dream for me. Helping you find your happy place is my reward.
