Kip received his Real Estate Sales Associate license in September of 2006. This is a natural extension of his training and knowledge in the Real Estate Industry. For the last 7 years He has handled REO Properties (bank foreclosures) in Southwest Florida for one of the largest banks in the country. Kip has done over 500 BPO's (Broker Price Opinions) for banks on foreclosures and short sales this year alone. Kip was the Number 1 sales agent in the South Florida Region for 2008 for a National Real Estate Franchise. In 2009, the Martin Realty Group team was in the top 10 in the region and in the top 20 in the US for closed unit sales with a National Real Estate Franchise and also receiving numerous awards. Kip and his wife Gwen recently sold their real estate company to NRT Coldwell Banker as the tools and support provided made sense in this market.
